Cancelation policy:

  • Order once placed can not be altered/cancelled under any circumstances.

Return/refund policy:

  • No return. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • No refund. Ombrello is not liable to pay any refund to the customer once the order is placed/delivered.
  • Ombrello is not liable to accept any returns if the customer is not satisfied with the design, colour or quality of the product.
  • We strictly do not allow product exchange. Only size exchange available.
  • Products ordered during special sales or with discounts above 20% are not eligible for size exchange. Please check size chart for reference.

For Size exchange-

  • The customer needs to report size exchange within 24 hours of delivery. You can drop us a mail at ombrellofashion@gmail.com or whatsApp us at 9782133109.
  • The customer would have to courier the product to Ombrello. Once received, the customer is required to pay delivery charges for the exchange parcel.
  • We do not provide exchange for international orders.
  • In case of unavailability of the required size, the customer would be allowed to exchange with another product of same or higher price value. The remaining amount to be paid by customer at the time of exchange.
  • Size exchange will be accepted only if the product is unused , unwashed , or unworn. If the product does not pass the quality check, request for size exchange will be declined by the company.

Shipping Policy-

  • We provide free shipping in India.
  • Delivery charges applicable for international orders. Delivery charges to be calculated at the time of checkout as per weight.
  • Tracking details to be shared to the customer through mail or whatsapp within 48 hours for domestic shipping and 72 hours for international shipping.
  • Domestic orders usually get delivered in 4-7 days and International orders in 7-15 days. Unexpected conditions can sometimes lead to delay. We do not guarantee any specific time duration for delivery.

Claims -

Our products go through a quality check before being dispatched to the customer. Our team ensures that all the ordered products are rightly packed.

To report any claim-

  • Opening video is mandatory to claim any damages/ defects or missing products. There should be no cuts in the video. It should properly show the complete package and name receipt on the top before opening the video.
  • No claims will be entertained without an opening video.
  • If the video has any cuts or fails to show the actual packaging, the claim request would be denied.

  • We at Ombrello try to capture the real colour and look of the product as much as possible. However 10-12% colour deviation is possible due to different phone resolutions.
